The Mucky Duck

The picture below is Fradley Junction. It is where the Coventry Canal meets the Trent and Mersey Canal. The Coventry comes in from the left; the Trent and Mersey goes straight through.

The part of the building in white is The Swan pub. If you miss the turn from the Coventry you are in the tap room. Locally The Swan is known as the Mucky Duck.

We stopped for a pint, but passed on the pizza.

After passing through the locks at Fradley Junction we moored along a quiet stretch of the canal. And had some "pub on board". Cheers!

Later in the evening this was the view out the front

In the morning the view is not as dramatic but still a nice setting.
